I have NO CLUE why Dennis Block... this is on my CHExsystem
I did along time ago have eviction, which I actually was happily moving anyhow but did all the proper responses etc. And judge ordered a CONFIDENTIAL Eviction and is a closed non-public eviction - what the the hell is this?! I owed nothing since they kept my security deposit.
This I find extremely stressful and having grave's disease my health goes off the charts and my blood pressure goes up.. This is over 6 yrs old.

He has some employees in his office working "collection" and he is a member of chexsystems and he reported you for some type of abuse. Chexsystem can only have the negative, unfounded remark on your report for 7 years. Chexsystem does not require its members to provide a court judgment or to submitt supporting documentation that prooves their claims. Chexsystem is a scam just like Dennis Block is. You should file a complaint with the state bar against Dennis Block.
