Dennis Wildberger www.rockclocks.com Sold me an unlicensed, inferior quality clock and kept my money. Stewartstown, Pennsylvania

I purchased a clock from Dennis Wildberger at www.rockclocks.com.
I discovered that the clock is not a licensed product and is poorly made.
It looks like he prints out the faces and sticks them over clocks that he
gets from Walmart. I contacted him on 11/5/2009 and he told me to return
the clock. I returned the clock to him and he claims that I ripped the package and
scratched the face making it un-sellable. That is a lie, the only thing I did was remove the sticker to see where he purchased the clock. I shipped the clock back to him and did not hear from him, so I filed a paypal dispute, which is when he claimed that I ruined the clock. Paypal refused to honor their buyer protection because they claim that they are not responsible for the QUALITY of merchandise that you buy. So I am out $25 and don't even have a clock to show for it. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission so far as well as SIIA and several copyright owners and companies, and I also plan to take the time and meticulously go through his website, one clock at a time and report them to the proper copyright holders for selling their copyrighted images without proper licensing.
Friday I will file a formal complaint with the United States Postal inspectors for investigation of mail fraud.

Does anyone have any other ideas as to what course of action can be taken against this individual?
