I ordered Dentabright for a FREE trial period for 15 days for a fee of $2.95. I tried to call and cancel before the 15 day period ended. The 1- 800 number is not a working number. Within 7 days my checking account had been debited $42.90 for a 30 day supply which I never received. I have sent a email demanding my money be returned. I did not order a 30 day supply and I tried to cancel the order before the 15 day trial ended. I tried to call the number listed on this website by another customer who was also ripped off by the internet advertisement. That number is not a working number, either. My next step is to call my bank and have the amount questioned. Does anyone have any idea on how to contact this company.

We are very sorry for the error in our system that caused premature billing to some of our customers. We discovered the system glitch, corrected it immediately and refunded fees to known affected customers. I too, was ripped off by DentaBright's misleading trial period. When I realized I was billed I called their 1-800-419-0737 number to cancel my trial membership and was told it would be canceled, but I had to wait for my first month's supply to arrive so I can return it.

Went through their website and printed out the form to return it, and discovered I needed some RMA number to do so, so I had to call back and ask for this number, and stated to the rep I spoke to, that I was not given a RMA number when I cancelled. She apologize din her broken English and hung up on me.

So I waited a few days after being assured it was being delivered. I eventually called them again to ask where the package was so I could return it, and they told me "they could not supply me with that information once it is in transit". Then it seemed like she was reading from a script, because she kept stating the same things over and over again about returning it, the trial membership, etc. I clearly told her that the website had the wrong information on it and I was mislead, and wanted my money back, and even threatened to report this to the BBB. But she kept reading from her script and told me I would be returning this product with "money from my own pocket". She said she would escalate my claim to corporate and they would contact me and no one ever did.

So today i called again, went through the same nonsense and told the rep I wanted to speak to a manager or someone i could get a refund with and was not getting off the phone until I had my refund. She put me on hold for 20 minutes. When she returned, she had my refund authorized and told me it would take 3-5 business days for it to show up on my bank statements and gave me a confirmation number. Then she demanded that when/if I do receive the product, to send it back.

So now I'm waiting if this magic refund will go through or not.
