Dental Plans Plus Cigna Dental Dental plan that pays nothing Plantation Florida

    I purchased this dental plan from dental plans plus to help cover my dental costs. They have a list of procedures and the amounts that you should save with their plan. My dentist is listed on their plan so I figured why not. I went to the dentist and saved nothing!!! Not one penney. This was the first time that I used their plan. I called immediately and they said that I only had 30 days to cancel. You don't just call your dentist and have them tell you to come in. It sometimes takes 3 - 6 months for an appointment. There is a stipulation in their contract that if their plan saves you nothing that they will refund your money. 

    I called and Alex called back and left a message for me to return his call. I called back and left a message for him to cantact me. He called a second time and left a message. I once again returned his call. I have now called him back 3 or 4 times with no return calls from him. I finally sent an e-mail to the company and I still have not received anything. It has been almost a week and I am tired of playing nice!!
