DENTAL PRO AT HOME IS A SCAM!!!
This RIPOFF company offers you 2 FAST teeth whitening products for $1.03 each for shipping BUT fail to tell you that you only have 8 days FROM THE DAY THEY SHIP THE ITEMS, to cancel your order before they AUTOMATICALLY withdraw $94.31 from your bank account.
If you DO NOT cancel within the 8 days FROM THE DAY THEY SHIP, then your account is not eligible for a refund unless they decide it is, and only for a partial refund.
If they decide you are eligible for a refund then they tell you that you can either keep their product for $45.00 and they will put a cancellation on your account to stop any further shippings OR return it for a refund of only $60.00 and they are keeping $34.31 of your money.
When they are done telling you your only options, they tell you to have a nice day and they will HANG UP ON YOU!!!
They also tried to tell me that they are not running a SCAM because they have a customer service department. This department is only to confirm that you are, INFACT, being RIPPED OFF!!!

After notifying this scam company on July 5, 2013 that I have returned their package, I got another email from them on July 8, 2013 at 12:00 pm, saying that if I do not put an RMA # on the package that I wouldn't receive my refund.
I called them again after seeing this email and told them that they never game me an RMA # to put on the package and they informed me that they tried to give me this # but I wouldn't listen. Out of all the phone calls with these people they never once mentioned anything about an RMA #. This is just another way for them to keep any refund that they claim you would receive once they got their package.
I PRAY THAT THIS WARNING STOPS ANYONE ELSE FROM BEING SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY...REMEMBER DO NOT ORDER FROM DENTAL PRO AT HOME OR BELLA AT HOME...BOTH OF THESE ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!
