This company does not believe in customer service. They advertise the offer of 21 day free trial, the exact same day I placed my order for the free trial, I sent an e-mail to customer service via their website, canceling my order and stating that no further charges should be billed to my credit card.

I mistakenly did not confirm my credit card statement and have been billed for the product twice now. I have tried calling on many occasions and after being on hold for up to 30 minutes many times would hang up.

I called Visa and they said I had to work directly with the company. So again, I get on the phone and finally after 45 minutes get Jonathon Brant on the phone, who basically tells me there is nothing he's going to do for me regarding the two charges to my card and they would not refund my money, one being 4 days ago.

I asked Jonathon for is supervisor's name, Richard Parker, he said, I asked to talk to Mr. Parker and he stated that he does not talk to customers WOW! What great customer service. Jonathon went on to say that the only thing I can do is send in a letter. I repeatedly asked to speak to Mr Parker and was told over and over again, that I would not happen. The call ended with Mr Brant hanging up on me after I slipped out a little vulgar word.

The customer service department had a real stand-offish attitude, like so what, do whatever you want to do, screw you the consumer, we can do what we want, we have your money. My only recourse at this point is to spread the word do not do business with this company!

As for the product itself, my wife used it and it made no difference whatsoever.

This company and the companies behind it such as Dentovations Inc and Restoration Media Inc really need to update their policies and customer services procedures as they are unethical at best. They are telling me that I did not cancel on time when I canceled via their e-mail system the day I place the order, they deliberately mislead consumers and probably make a lot of money this way. They already have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau, which I really don't know what that means, but when I went to school, that meant FAILING. If you are considering doing business with this company don't, you will be greatly disillusioned.
