The caller had a foreign accent and @ first refuse to give his name and location and then proceed to tell me that he was calling to inform me that I owed CASHNET $400 and started quote information about having this legal case against me with the case # CFI150781 and than I began telling him that I had never gotten a loan from CASHNET and I didn't know what he was talking about.  He also began asking about my SSN # and did I deal with Wachovia Bank.

I started cussing him out and he threat to bring the the authority to my house to lock-up me up.  I gave the phone to my Sister and she was able to get his phone, address and the reason why he was calling.  She in return after getting the information hung up the phone and immediately search their name on the internet and that how we discover your web-site.

We were horrified by what we were reading about other individauls having experience the same thing and reporting the matter to your website.  I have never ever in my life borrow any payday loan from this CASHNET that they were referring to and whatever needs to be done; I would appreciate your assistant.
