Department Of Childrens Services Ripoff living nightmare and discrimination Orange California

The department of social services took a abuse report from a girl names (((ROR redacted anme for security purposes))) who had sexually performed oral copulation on my older twin sons and later turned my husband and i in for child abuse with no evidence. they removed my son Brandon and went to a 26 hearing of adoption. I was at the time pregnant with my unborn daughter who was taken after i delivered her and she was given a different social worker and i was told by the social worker that had my son (4)that she never intended to return him to us.

I did the required classes such as parinatal,counseling, anger management,mommy and me,2 x a week drug testing and marriage counseling. But upon completing those classes, the other social worker that had my daughters case returned my daughter home to me. even she didn't understand why the other social worker didn't do the same. he was adopted out with a closed adoption and we didn't even get to say goodbye as we were stripped of our parental rights but my other children still in my eyes are entitled to contact i would have thought.

my husband and i have been married for 22 years and all our children are by us together...they garnished his wages of 4,000 and are coming after me for 5,000 that i have lately learned is called double dipping. during the time they were in foster care, they were with my mother who refused to take a dime for caring for the kids and then my son was removed from my moms and put elsewhere where he would come to the visits with numerous bruises all over him and was asked how he got them the foster mother replied "tell them what you did Brandon" he said stepped on the puppy. the social worker was standing right there listening to all of this and shrugged it off. i ask myself everyday if that wasn't child abuse and failure to protect from social services. so as i get delt this crummy hand i look at the fact that i will never see my son again, and i will pay financially till the day i die and never knowing if my son is really happy or safe. i know in my heart that i am not the only one this has happened to please speak out this is unfair and inhumane.
