I received these threatening phone calls from the company representing cashnet marketing/law & investigations.

This company informed that I took out a loan in November 2008 and that I never paid it back. I know didn't take any loan out. I was informed that there was a case pending against me.

When I asked if I could get a copy of all the information they have against me faxed I was told that this was none of my concern and that my lawyer can get a copy this but not me.

Then the first guy I spoke with tried to transferring me to his boss, when I asked for this information. Again I say he "tried" to transfer me to his boss with me still on the phone.

These people are using broken english and all a private information to scare us into these ridiculous scam. The Real Law Enforcement needs to stop companies like these.
