Department of Legal Affairs and Investigations Threat of Service or Legal Action Los Angeles, California

At approximately 11:55 EST today, @/28/2012, I recieved both a phone call on private residential number and a message left on my cell phone from a man with a heavy Indian accent identifying himself as a "John Reed". The first time he called, I hung up as I could not understand him. The second time he called, he asked why I hung up! He said that there was a serious pending litigation against me and that he represented the attorney.

I responded by asking for the name of the organization he represented. He told me that he was part of the State of California. He told me to call a Mr. Carter at 213-261-5790; but when I did, I got a voice mail for a Mr. Alex Watson. Watson's voicemail box was full; and was not accepting messages. When I checked my cell phone, he left a similar message there (which I have saved) and at the end of the message he told me I should react promptly. He said if I or my attorney didn't act prtomptly all he could do is which me good luck. I consider this a veiled threat and I will be filing a harrassment suit.
