As of  6-1-2013 I was selected for the new engry saving state of  the art  meter which was installed end of may  2013  I have lived in my appartment complex since 1984  my electric bill at  most was 65.00 a month sometimes I didnt pay for 4 months which made my bill 220 to 265.00  dollars.  With that being said with the first energy bill was 183.00  in which was paid , net  bill  was 184.00 called DWP askrd way so high  reply was they would get back to me  never  happened  . I asked to have old meter installed  was told it was up to the meter reader   my new bill  8-1-2013 to 10-2-2013  is 422.28 yes I  said   422.28 bringing my bill total to 608,32  when I called again was told 422.28 was a estimate. ?. Since when is a electric bill estimated called Mayors office no help  Please help any one
