If you are thinking about purchasing tax software through dependable tax solution i strongly advise against doing so. Raven Homan and David Green are scam artist. I purchased software through there company and Raven aka part owner aka "sales rep" convinced me to file my clients taxes under there EFIN with them keeping $20 per return and them sending me the rest of the fees. To this date i have yet to recieved $1 from them and in total i have invested almost $2000 so far. There "excuse" for not paying me was that they were expecting me to complete more returns with them? Why would i process hundreds of returns when they have refused to pay me for the few i submitted. I will be filing a complaint with the IRS as well to have them investigated. My advice stay far away from this company there are other legitimate software providers out there

disregard my intial post i have spoken with the owner of the company and it was all a misunderstanding and we have resolved the issue and concerns mentioned above we straightened out the problem and all is well.
