I am victim of a really messed up scam. I am a single parent that was informed I was receiving a grant. This money never came. I have paid out 1100.00$, that I had to borrow to get this money. I am really hurt and its just unexplainable how I am feeling. Everything sounded so legal. So please don't accept any phone calls saying that this is and who they are. They don't work for the federal grant and treasure dept. Or the bank of new York.
