I have done some well-paid work for Mr. Legendre, and each time he was professional, pleasant, and good to work for.  I was going to submit a blistering rebuttal to this Report, but a brief check online showed other complaints and also his 911techguys.com site is no longer working.  It could be that he simply went out of business, as can happen with small businesses.  I will try to find out more (I live in the same state, about an hour away from him) and will post again if I find out anything.

 Regardless, this Report should be seen as a complaint about Work Market as much as about 911techguys.  If WM simply followed the model of better and more successful sites, such as Onforce and Field Nation, then the money to pay this complainant would have already been in escrow with the platform, and the tech would have gotten paid even if the service buyer went out of business the very next day.
