Derma Genetix They were very rude, I broke out from the product and they said I had to send back at my expense and they charge me $12.75 each product for disposal St Petersburg Florida

I thought  I would try the Trial (Sample  for $4.95)  I  ordered and  lo and  behold I  received  2 items after I only ordered  1 item, so I got billed for 2.. So I started using the product and broke  out in hives =. I called and talked to Tasha, she told  me  I hadto return at  my own expense and  they will charge me $12.75 each item  for them to  dispose of this, after  i already paid $10.00 for  2  samples. I called again and this time  the  lady was so rude and she said not matter what you say,  if you do not want it, and return it, you will get  charged $197.00 for new product.   This is terrible to take  advantage of people like this!
