Huge scam to try to charge you ridiculous price for skin products.  I stupidly signed up to receive a free trial of skin care cream and serum.  I was only supposed to pay shipping at around $5 a piece, which is probably what the product is worth.  Then I see on my credit card 2 charges for $94.77 2 weeks later.  I quickly called the number on my credit card statement to learn that if I didn't cancel the trial within 14 days I get charged the full price.  As I was listening on the phone I could hear other customer service representatives in the backround telling the same thing to other callers.  Obviously I was one of many to get scammed.  As a courtesy, I was told, they were willing to take the product back for a refund of $163.07.  Apparently, they never issue a refund but I guess I am special.  Ofcourse I have to pay for shipping again.  So I basically paid $40 to get scamed, this is obviously how they make their money, charging customers $26.47 for unused product. I wonder if the product I recieved in the first place was another customers returned product- GROSS!
