 It has come to our attention that a scam group calling themselves DERMAdoctor Survey Group LLC has been issuing false checks made to look as if they came from our company (DERMAdoctor LLC) and our bank checking account number. This deceptive company requests in their letter that you submit check into your bank account and call them, they want you to secret shop for gift cards and mail to them before fake check bounces. We are not associated with DERMAdoctor SURVEY GROUP LLC in any way, nor would we ever solicit you to send money, secret shop, or share your personal information. If you receive any fraudulent messages from this group, do NOT follow their mailing instructions and please contact our customer service line to report: 1-877-337-6237. We take this matter very seriously and have contacted the authorities. We recommend that should you receive a letter from DERMAdoctor SURVEY GROUP LLC, you also contact your local F.B.I.
