Dermafolia was presented on Facebook as the Shark Tank cream that takes the puffiness out of your eye bags and even provided a video of it working. So I placed an order on April 10th with only charging me shipping fees. I ordered the Advanced Eye Gel. And for an additional shipping fee for their Snakes Venom Peptide Cream. So I was charged $4.95, $5.95 and $1.99. So I tried it for a week and nothing. I thought "this is a scam" then forgot about it actually but I knew there had to be a catch. No where on the site did it say that this was a trial sample and you only had two weeks to cancel or be charged the full price. Luckily I looked at my online banking this evening and saw a charge for $89.47 from fittrialproducts.com and another charge for $94.57 from healthweb-online.com.

So I called my bank and they gave me two phone numbers, 844-529-8922 and 844-359-8242. I called the first number for fittrialproducts.com and Daniel answered and immediately wanted my name and phone number. I obliged and he pulled up my account. I told him that I did not authorize this charge and I do not want the product. Of course being the sales person they are was "oh I'm sorry to hear that. Our customers are happy with our product", blah blah blah. I said "Look, you're pissing me off and I want a refund." He then had the audacity to offer me a 30% refund. I'm like no, a full refund. He offers me 50%. I said "ok, I will call my bank and lawyer and tell them that you are unwilling to give me my full refund and cancel all future orders as I still have two hours left of my 14 day trial period that you mentioned earlier". He then said "well, I guess I can see that you're still not satisfied so I'll go ahead and give you a full refund for $89.47 and $94.57!" I was like "so you're the same as fittrialproducts.com?" He said yes. Wow! He emailed me 4 refund emails. One for $44.73, $47.28, $44.74, and $47.29 because I guess he thought I was willing to take the 50% refund until I pushed and put my foot down and threatened him with legal action. I have the refund emails so we shall see how long it takes for it to go back into my bank! Daniel said 3-5 business days but it better be sooner! Word to the wise, do not buy anything advertising on Facebook and don't use your visa debit card!
