I unknowingly like others   signed up for what I assumed was a product to try and pay only shipping. I was later informed that I had also agreed to pay full price if I did not contact them and cancel within fourteen days. Then they also continued the next month to send product and charge me before I recived the product. The charges on the bank statment give no indication of who the company is? I was told they are filed by the name of who bills me? It took several phone calls to understand the company name and what the product was that I was not paying 98 and 97 dollars for.

I never would have ordered the sample offered as pay shipping only if I knew they would charge me full price and then schedule me to get recurring orders.

Now if I want to return I have to call them back and then deal with their rudeness agian and hope they give me some number to ship it back and they claim they will refund me but charge 25 dollar restocking fee.

these companies have ruined it for everyone. I will now never order try me products again
