Dermal Meds Deceptive Ads and Billing Troy Michigan

My wife ordered 2 bottles of product.  One was anti-aging face cream and the other was eye cream.

$4.99 shipping per bottle for free sample.

She recieved 2 tiny bottles of creams.

So far OK.

But, a few days later our debit card was billed $89.95 per bottle (total $179.9).

Apparently the tiny bottles shipped as samples, were in fact the $90 (each) monthly product, not samples. 

We were told that she was supposed to have sampled the products right away, and if they don't hear from you within a few days they go ahead and charge full price, and will continue to charge you full price each month until you cancel.

The only way to get a refund is to return the UN-OPENED bottles (the same bottles promoted as samples to be opened right away) within 15 days.

Excellent scam, guaranteeing all bottles will be opened by the time the $90 billing is done and are therefor unreturnable.
