DERMALOGIX Quickstrick Collective Inc. - Dermalogix Never received sample. Called to cancel was told I would be refunded I never was, this happened 3 times and still no resoltuion. They CS agent I spoke to on the last call actually told me he couldn't find any records of me calling. When he asked me what number I called before, he said it was not the correct number. So I asked them how is it that I am getting to you now using the same number? He actually replied that the telephone company switch board, must have transferred me to the wrong company and he doesn't know what company I talked to before tha promised a refund, but it wasn't them. WHAT BS!!! Then he told me there was no supervisor. When I asked again later in the call he told me he was the supervisor. He told me that he would cancel me, but he could not refund me because he shipped the product, which I already explained I never received. When he verified the address, it was incorrect!!!! This company never shipped me the product. 

I called to cancel after I didn't receive the sample and they told me not to worry that they would ship me the sample and verified my address.  Needless to say, I still never received the sample product, so when I saw the monthly charge, I called back and asked to cancel, because I requested the sample twice and never received it.  They assured me I would be credited and cancelled and they even apologized for the inconvenience. 

The third time I called, the guy told me he couldn't find me, then miraculously when I mentioned I would dispute with my credit card he found my account. He told me it was under an old address.  I asked for a supervisor to get a refund and he told me there was no supervisors available.  I explained that I never received the sample product, either time it was promised... That they are still charging me even though I was told the subscription was cancelled and would be refunded for the first monthly charge and the sample charge.  Then later in the call he told me he was the actual supervisor and he would not give me a refund, because he couldn't see who I talked to.  He then asked me what number I called the other times, I gave him the phone number (same one I used to reach him) and he said that the phone company's switch board must have transferred me incorrectly to a different company and that he doens't know who I talked to, but it wasn't thier company and that it is not his fault the phone company routed my call to a wrong number?  I mean really??? Naturally, I got upset, because I explained that the person, was able to pull up my account, see my orders and now he is telling me that it was some "different company"?  When I asked for supervisor again, because I didn't feel like he knew what he was doing, he told me he was going to disconnect the call. 

This company is a fraud!!!!
