dermalux I think you are talking to someone in the middle east,after I thought I cancelled,they kept charging my credit card 99.93 a month.Dont believe them when they say you can cancel within 14 days.After the 14th day they send you more product that you didnt order and another 99.93 is charged to your credit card.I dont like my money screwed it and I am on a fixed income and they dont tell you that the product is 99.93 I reserched this product and you can buy it at Walmart for 39.95 Im going to report them to the BBB and I am telling everyone I know about my awfull experence. Dermaluxe is the biggest ripoff I have ever delt with in my entire life,The people you deal with are from the middle East and you cant understand anything they say,I have been dealing with these people since August of 2015.They wont cancel you out of the system and they keep sending you these 1 ounce little bottles half full and charge you 99.93 .They have charged me 2 times on my card after I cancelled and I have been dealing with this Co. and my credit card co for 4 months.My credit card co kept giving me credits and this dermaluxe disputed it time and time again.Well be sure you can read every little phrase before you click "continue" if you can read it,the words are so small and in the color of light grey.I thought I was only paying the shipping and handling fee but, as soon as I pd that here comes my credit card bill w/not 1 but 2 charges of 99.93,I was livid,I will never put my credit card in the computor again,I have learned my leason,this Co really SUCKS !
