I can tell you from experience that Derma Wand breaks capillaries and it can scar your face.  I was so suprised by this myself but it happened to me.  I followed the instructions 100% and used it on the lowest settings with gel and started to see broken capillaries when I've had no history of this.  Then I started to see line marks on my face in the areas where I had used the wand. It is terrible, I'm hoping it can all be reversed, I have an apppointment with a doctor for an evaluation, therefore, the derma wand ends up costing me more money and adding scars and flaws to my face, be careful if you use this product.  There should be warnings about this.
