I too ordered the Dermawand and received an email that they were having problems with my credit card. I went to my credit card account only to fine two charges pending for Dermawand one for $49.90 and one for $64.85. I wrote to them about these charges and the next time I looked at my credit card the $49 charge had been removed the $64 charge was still there only no longer pending. I have emailed Dermawand several times about these charges and get no response.

When I placed the order I was only suppose to be charge th $9.95 processing fee. Company is a total rip off, buyer beware. And I have saved all my emails.
