I was offered a free wrinkle-treatment facial product for answering a survey, all I had to do was pay a !.99 shipping fee.  So I decided to do it.  Can't even remember what the survey was about, but it wasn't about skin care.  When I finished it came up on the screen that I was getting 4 products, for a total of 13.82.  I couldn't figure out a way to get out of it as I had already given my credit card number, and no way to back out.  So I had to accept it to close down the program.

Nowhere did I read that it was a trial offer and that I had to cancel in a certain amount of days in order to not receive more products.  However, I did receive a phone call right after I clicked off on the computer, and I think the call was about the cosmetics.  But the woman talking to me had a very heavy accent and I couldn't understand what she was saying.  When I told her I couldn't understand her, she only talked louder, which made it even worse.  So in frustration I hung up.

This transaction took place on 1/14/17, according to the credit card statement.  But I was totally shocked when I saw two charges on the statement that I knew nothing about.  One for something called CLREYESERUM for 93.89, and one for face cream for 94.95.  I called the credit card company but since the earlier items were on there they said they couldn't do anything about it.  However, I had not received any additional products at that time.

A phone number for each product was listed on the credit card statement, so I called each one and both persons said I was supposed to cancel within 14 days and that the products had already been shipped so they couldn't do anything about it.  But they did say they would cancel future orders.  They were actually pretty unaccommodating.  The calls were made on 2/14/17.

I finally received one package Sat., 2/18.  I have not received the second one yet.  I have not opened the package in the event that I could return it for a full refund.

The address I gave you is the one listed on the package, and may only be a supplier or warehouse.  I don't have any other address, but the phone numbers are 888-304-9424 for the "clreyeserum" and 855-865-1906 for the face cream.

If possible, I would like to return the products for a full refund, or at least receive a sizeable refund if I have to keep the products.  I cannot imagine paying close to a hundred dollars for face creams.  Especially since I'm 79 years old and on a fixed social security income of 733 a month.  The very highest I would pay for the products would be 25-30 dollars.  Actually, I have gone to their website and there were some rather unfavorable reports of the products, so I'm not even sure they would be worth that much.

I would appreciate any help you can offer to me.  Thank you.
