Dermitage Advanced Skin Renewal So-called "free trial" isn't - actual cost close to $100 Ontario, California

On 1/29/10 I ordered a "free trial" anti-aging system from Dermitage and another from Kumaara.  Due to snow, I only received the Dermitage on 2/20/10 - beyond the 14-day trial period.  Unfortunately, this "trial period" is in small print under "Terms & Conditions" and the buyer is NOT required to sign to agree to them.  I learned on Friday they were going to charge my account for $99.95 and called about it.  Because I pushed and mentioned the snow, they agreed to a partial refund of $49.98 (which should hit within 14 days).  I immediately called Kumaara, received an RMA# to return the merchandise to avoid further charges.

I have never heard of a company that would not accept a return when the merchandise had not been opened.  And I find it curious that Kumaara has EXACTLY the same address as Dermitage.
Don't fall for this "free trial" - and watch out for others with this address.
