Dermitage I wanted to call them on their 1-800 # but no one ever answered for days and days Mt. Washington Kentucky

i ordered a skin product to aleve wrinkles and liked it. I wanted to call them and tell them to cancel future orders as the price was out of my budget range. i was never able to reach anyone. consequently, my account was charged $69.95 on 4-15-08 which they need to recind. if i need to send back unused sample (this is what it was) then i will be able to return the unused portion of the free sample but they say i need an rma# and to call 1-81-800-886-885 to get one. this is the number i have been calling for days and days and days and days. i know this is repititive but that's what's been going on. it seems to me they need to get their phone fixed or file bankruptsy and quit charging people wrongly. i'm not sure how they calculate their 14 day trial. do they count it when they sent it or when i received it. i had plenty of time to cancel if only someone would answer the phone.
