This Attorney and his robotic cronies are as dishonest as the day is long! They threatened to have me thrown in jail! Yes in jail for not paying a decade old credit card bill. Took a full list of interogatories from me which gives them everything on earth there is to know about me. Set up a payment plan over 13 months at $200.00 a month with an ending date and absolutely no indication of further payments being due. After paying on this for 13 months every month through automatic draft which they told me I had to do I finished payments with no word as to anything more owing. The next thing I know they are contacting my employer telling them they had to supply any and all information about me. Harassing me at work threatening my job! I wrote them a letter reminding them of the fact that they were breaking their obligatory responsibilities and to contact me by mail and to not contact me employer. I also updated them on my circumstances, in that my car quit and that the repair amount was more than I can pay and I could not afford to buy a car and I couldn't even if I did want tobecause of what they were doing to my credit and that the last the payments were a severe hardship on me with the economy the way it is. I also stated that I was having to drive my old 1987 deisel truck to work which gets less than half the mileage of the car I did have and having to drive nearly 60 miles a day to work, it hurts.
They state in their corespondence to let them know of your situation so they can properly assist you......LIES!!! Instead of working with me they send me notice of Garnishment which has already been filed in the Circuit Court. How can they continue to Harass and threaten me and my livelyhood when I have made all payments requested even though it has been so hard to do?
With this garnishment in place I will have to quit my job as I will not be able to buy fuel or pay my bills anymore. These people need to be prosecuted and them and others like them must be stopped! They know we can't afford to hire lawyers to fight them and they take full advantage of the Courts to make their evil scams look good.
