Derry's Bookkeeping is a total ripoff. My mother was in a rental agreement with this company and when she complained of all things that needed fixing in the house. Derry wrote her a letter of eviction so that she wouldn't have to fix anything.

This is not the first time this has happened with this company and the rental agreements. They never want to fix anything and when you move in they tell you that they are going to clean the garage out and fix things that never happened.

My mother moved in this house in the end of November and they were suppose to clean out the garage the 1st week of them there and it has not been cleaned out yet and it is the month of February, so they were never able to use the garage. The light fixtures in the house would not work in the living room so therefor my mother always had to use her lamps as a source of light.

Water always leaked in the hallway bathroom of the house that they would never come out and fix. Which left my mother to mopping the bathroom floor on a daily basis to keep the water from being in a puddle on the floor.

This is very poor maintenance of a house that you are suppose to be renting to someone to say that you are suppose to be a professional business. And when we tried to discuss the matter with her she put my mother out of her office and would not discuss it with her, and she did not keep her end of the contract. Because the lease was suppose to be for a full year which would have been November 2006.

Instead she wrote the eviction letter so that she would not have to fix anything!
