Rebuttal from Veronica Ergazos in response to this posting:
Desert Dove Contracting was an Arizona Corporation with a board of directors and investors, not a sole proprietorship. The company functioned as a corporation under the guidance of the directors and investors. Veronica Ergazos was the person who held the technical license from the State of Arizona for the corporation.
There are not, and never have been, any criminal cases against Veronica Ergazos. Nor has there ever been a fraud investigation.
There are not, and never have been, any criminal cases against Desert Dove Contracting. Nor has there ever been a fraud investigation.
Enough time has passed since this complaint that, if any of these claims were true, there would be clear and available public records. There are no records, because all of these claims are false.
Please disregard these claims.

I have no idea who this person is, or what they are talking about. Everyone who completed satisfactory work on my projects has been paid, without retention. Funny that they don't identify themselves, isn't it?
