They're BBB registered, but they're not BBB certified.  As you will see in the correspondence I received from them just this past week, the address is the same as in the complaint above, but the salary amount and phone numbers (both fax and landmine) have changed.  As the old saying goes, "if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is!"

We have new openings in a few states. Here's job description:

We are a design company. We are registered with BBB. We provide design services. The strategy of the company is to be an agent for customers and designers. Marketing strategy is to offer best service and quality for reasonable prices and develop worldwide. We have designers from different countries. Our business model: Sales Managers find customers; Project Managers lead design projects, and Financial Managers complete projects.

We develop and we are looking for Financial Managers who will act as agents. The responsibility is to receive the money from clients and transfer the money to the design companies and independent designers we are working with. You will have 2-3 transactions per week. The amount of each transaction is different and depends on the scale of the project only. You will be notified by phone call about the upcoming transaction and will receive the guidelines to your e-mail. You will receive the payment from the customer and will need to confirm the receipt of it. After that you will come to the bank, take your commission and send the rest to the designer. You will receive wire transfers (bank to bank way of payment) and you will send wire transfers such as bank to bank wires or western union or money gram. You will work through a business bank account, NOT personal one. So you will need to set up a separate business bank account. We will start working immediately. You will receive a base pay of $4'000 every month. Besides, you will have a 3% commission that you will receive immediately deducting it every time you receive a transaction from a client. Theres no entry fee or anything like that. There may be a fee to the State authorities when you set up a business bank account, but we will cover these expenses with the very first transaction that you will receive from the client.
