Designer church suits Dishonest to the Core and Union New Jersey

 January 13,2017 I ordered my son a suit for his birthday. A week later I received the suit. The vest was a size to small and the pants were also the wrong size but the jacket was the correct size. I called back and talked to customer service and they said I would have to talk to the owner Shaun. I told him about the suit and he said I could return it to them and they would exchange it and I would have to pay to ship it back. I informed him that it was their mistake and that I would like to be reimbursed for returning the suit. He told me no problem and that he would add an additional vest to reimburse me for the shipping fee. I was ok with that

They received the suit the following Monday and called me back and told me that the were shipping the suit the next day. I waited a week and no suit showed up so I called again and this time I was told it was going to ship that Friday. I waited a few days and called back to ask for a tracking No. I was then told that they didn't have the suit in Stock and that I would have to order another suit. At this point I became very skeptical of what type of business these people are practicing. I went ahead and ordered a different suit at a lower price and I told Shaun that this is more money coming out my pocket for their mistake and he said he would make it right for me. He assured that he had the suit and it would ship on February 10. I talked to my son over the weekend and he told me get the tracking NO.

I called today and talked to Shaun and he advised me that they didn't have the suit but he had I big shipment coming this week and that it would ship this week. I told him I was tired of being told to many lies and that I wanted my money back. He said I would have it in 3 to 5 business days. Today is Monday February 13th. Needless to say,they wore me down with all the dishonesty and Shaun seemed to be very used car saleish every time I spoke with him. I will never ever deal with these people again
