My mother and I purchased some merchandise from this website. They stated that it may take up to 3 weeks to ship. That was ok and since then it has been 2 months.
Multiple emails later with nothing more than rudeness and offending remarks made by this merchant. I have finally had to request a dispute from my credit card company.
Their website stated that if this merchandise is "seized" by customs, then there is nothing they can do. These articles were Louis Vuitton replica handbags.
They have gone as far as emailing me the tracking numbers. They are currently held up in customs.
The packages are then sent to them, and via ups sent to their customers.
My recent communication with them is that they have stated, "since this is seized by customs, there is nothing they can do" Well, it is still being "processed" by customs, and they refuse to issue any refund. I have requested 3 times a refund and been told I would get the merchandise when it comes in.
Bottom line.. they have contadicted any and all statements from their website, and this is nothing but a big scam.
I have lost $207.00. I definately have learned my lesson and will pursue this with my credit card company.
Do not order from these people, they are very misleading.

To this day I have not received a refund or my merchandise. Any and all communication has been halted as I can not get a response from them. My mother disputed her credit card and was given a full refund. I highly suggest everyone do the same, and stay away from these internet "nuts". These people are clearly out to scam everyone and are not very bright!

Hi. I recently posted my own rip off report on the Designer Palace. I never received my second order from them. How do you know they are out of business. I assumed there were since I cant get to the website anymore? You mention another vendor you have done business with. Can you direct me to them. I guess you can respond to my report on 4/13/05.

These people know EXACTLY who I am. I have exchanged several heated and rude emails with this vendor.
They are now no longer in business. It's a small price to pay, I did lose $200, but my mom got her money back on a reverse charge from her credit card company.
They are not nice to ANY of their customers, their phone was disconnected right after I started to question my order. They PROMISED on their website that you "will receive your order". It's going on 5 months and I haven't heard a word from them.
The above reference to Las Vegas and the Slots is taken directly from an email I sent about better odds winning the lottery than receiving merchandise from you.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY HAVE QUITE A RACKET GOING ON!!!
If you want the kind of merchandise they offer, let me know and I will direct you to an honest vendor who ships the next day. I've received several items from them, and am extremely happy with my purchases...

This customer, who I am sure is using a phony name read our company policy before placing her orders. We do not hide anything, all information is right there. Now we do not take responsiblity for items such as those but she knew this before she ordered. She decided to take the risk and is not mad because she lost.
It's kinda like going to Vegas, playing the Slots and then asking for your money back when you lose. We are very nice to ALL customers and we try our best to accomodate everyone. You simply cannot please everyone.
