DesirBrillance They tricked me into signing up for monthly charge after first free month. They have made it extremely difficult to contact. St. Petersburg Florida

I signed up for a free sample. I was consciously attempting to avoid getting tricked into signing up for automatic delivery of product and automatic monthly credit card charge. My efforts thus far to contact the company have been fruitless. On 9/5/17 (3 months ago) I sent certified letters to two different P.O.Boxes to ask for a refund and asking DesirBrillance to notify me immediately by email that they had received my letters. Today one of my letters was "returned to sender unclaimed".

When the first very small, free sample arrived, I used some of the cream. I began to save (unused) the products that began to arrive each month with plan of returning them and getting a refund. The charge each month is absolutely outrageousy high for so little product!

Thank you Ripoff Report for any assistance you can give me in getting a refund and in taking down this scam company.
