DESI'S ALUMINUM LTD non delivery nor communication till I filed a compliant Burlington. hamilton, oakville Canada, Ontario

I placed a order for a hallway window. Sept 9th 2008 on a emergency basis. The owners daughter informed me she would put it through as an emergency as the window had a 2 inch gap at the base. I placed 2 calls in Oct and the 1st week of November/08 to check on the status of the window I ordered. Each time I left a message on their voicemail to no avail I was not able to speak with an employee nor did anyone from the business return my call.

November 28th I placed another call to Desi's Aluminum around 4:00 PM and spoke with a employee. I informed them I no longer need the window, I was placed on hold for a short time and then informed when the individual came back on line my window is in and stated I signed a contract. This person then proceeded to say she would send my a copy of my order. I said that was not necessary as I have it infront of me. I asked to speak with the owner Gordan and was informed he is not in the office.

I have since then called numerous times and have only been informed the owner and his daughter whom toke the window measurements and order is not avail. They keep stating the owner is avail the following day between 8:00am and 9:30 am. I am not home at that time as I am working. When I explain that they am informed they will try to have a return call when I am home to no avail....they do call however I am not home during those hours. I called again January 15th...same story...owner not avail but they will try for him to call my that eve....No avail once again but he did call at 8:45am on the 16th...I was not home. I called again on the 16th at approx 4:30pm and their answering machine came on...I left no message. Did though call again at approx 3:15pm on Jan 19th....to be told again the owner is not in the office.

During this time I have now received a bill in the amount for $519.75 with interest at 2% for every 30 days

I then emailed the BBB and checked on the status off this business. When putting in their address with the phone #. Nothing appeared. However when putting in their business address with a different # in another city they have IT Showed 2 complaints with the last 36 months. Unfortunately they don't describe the complaint. So I filed my own formal compliant online with BBB.

I received a letter today from BBB.....Stating they received a response from the company declining to offer my adjustment requested. And they plan on taking me to small claims court. The BBB did however send a copy of the companies response which it sooo far from the truth it makes me sick.

EVERYONE STAY AWAY FOR THIS CORRUPT COMPANY...THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS. Now I am looking into obtaining legal counsel
