This company promised free airline tickets for two within the continental US. after three tries we gave up and asked for a refund of all of our monies, we have been waiting now since December 2013 and have not received the refunds.
The cancellation document was never presented to us and not signed by us. Ehere was never any mention of the same by the representative who called himself Jim.
We were promised a personal concierge which when we have called have to wait for several minutes, upwards to 25 to get someone on the phone.
I did call and ask for my money back and the indifidual i spoke with laughed and said that I shold have read the calcellation clause, i told him i never saw one or signed one he laughed again and hung up.
I would be more than pleasd to see this company shut down and will join any class action suit. they are a scam.
