detangling brush by Michel Mercier deceiving web page, and very poor customer service , Internet

I saw this ad on the web for detangling brush, it read " buy one get one free for 14.95 and 5.95 for shipping I then clicked on the ad and it took me their web page and it took my order it did not give a chance to review my order it went straight to the last page that says thanks for your payment and it charged me for 4 brushes and a shipping and handling of 23.60 my total ended up being 73.60. I then tried to go back to the web to to look up my order and it did not allow me to do so, I called the next day to their customer service line and they told me I had to wait 4 to 24 hours until the order made it to their system so I called every 3 hours and I got the same response they also told me I could cancel as soon as the order made to their system. The next day I called their customer service department again only to find out that they coulld not cancel my order now because it had been shipped I then asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep told me after i was put on hold the the supervisor could not help me either I had to wait 1 or two weeks for the brushes to come in and then after sending back i would get my money back, I told her I was not willing to wait and I kept telling her i did not want the brushes, finally she said she would return the money to my card but I still had to send the brushes back when got them. What a headache! Why did I get charged for the wrong amount of brushes? Why couldn't I cancel? their web site is design to rip off people don't order from them be careful they might get you to!!!
