Dear Rip of Report,

 I've got so much to tell and it's really hard to start, but I'm letting you know and other people just how bad Detuche Bank and Ocwen mortgage holders are. If you have them you proably know what I mean. To begin with we we're never contacted that our loan was in trouble. We had just gotten help with a program in Indiana called the hardest hit fund. They paid our past due and current loan payments. We live in a little town that was hit hard with the economy. We lost 6 industries and everything went downhill from there. My husband was on unemployment and finding it hard to pay a good paying job.  

So we were to take over payments in November of 2013 and we made two payments for November and December. In January and February we did not receive any billings from Ocwen, but then again we were hit and miss when we would get them. We called in February and question about or statemements. We were then told that they hadn't accepted them. We had them sent Western Union and Western Union still was holding the money. We argue why they hadn't accepted them and they told us when we started making payments we should have taken over in August so we were two months behing when we started. We tried to have them work with us and left the money with Western Union until June. They wanted at the time $6,000.00 dollars or nothing at all. in the meantime they started foreclosure on us in May and there was no working with these people at all. We scheduled an telephone appointment through a lawyer and they were to call June 26,2014 to we thought to work out something with the lawyer had arranged it was to  be at  a 5 o'clock. They never called and we called them to talk they had no idea what we were talking about and the settlement had went up to almost $10,000.00 and they still would not take any payments., My husband was stikl layed off and that amount was not going to work. We then had another confernce call set up for July and that never happened.

I started to do some investigating about Ocwen and Deutche and alot of what I went through other had horror stories also. I then started looking over some of our paper work and we have two of the most famous robo-signers on ours, and then I noticed one paper that is an important paper is not even signed by up we have a p in our second word in the last name and the signature has a q in it for a p. I also received paper work for a Class Action Suit when Citi,N.A. Citimortage Inc. when they had it for lender forced insurance. When this happened we argued with them that we had insurance., They said we had no fire insurance. We had a fireplace in our home and we diffentley had insurance. So they put us in escrow with our insurance and property taxes. I work at our local county clerk office and my property taxes have always been on time I couldn't keep my job if my property taxes were not paid.

I started to fight back!! demanding I wanted just how many times my mortgage had been sold, so many I couldn't keep up. I know we were with Cityscape, Citi, Homeward, Litton, Amsho, Argent and so many I know I forgot some. and I also wanted to know and my Promissary Note and I think they don't have it because when they sued us they also sued Cityscape and I know they are no longer in bussiness. I think my mortgage was one that they bundled up and sold on Wall Street. I know I have received at least 6 or more notices saying by law that I have to give them 20 days to receive what I'm asking for. Now we are in limbo I've hired another lawyer and I think he's not getting anywhere with them alsio. I don't know if I'm doing the rignt thing by writing all this but I'm mad as hell. If the government gave them so much money to get their act together it diffentley didn't work. I will shut up and take this laying down. Somebody is going to give me my home and a piece of mind. Leaving like this is a nightmare, and everyday I read more and more about both financial institutuion not looking to good.  Please could somebody please help me I'm ready to be in a Class Action Suit with both orginization.  Thank You
