    I have reviewed, all the reports and complaints against Devonshire Consulting, Devonshire Diamonds, and I do believe strongly based on all the information I have been scammed as well by the company and Shelley Cash, Cheryl Bidner, and Ira Cash, I would like to add some comments that has recently occurred with my diamonds. I was told by Shelley Cash, my diamonds were to be listed in yet another auction with a reserved bid, of 30% above what I invested in the diamonds with Shelley Cash. My attorney, who I have been consulting in this matter, did some further due diligence, and found out.  There was absolutely no auction on the dates given by Shelley Cash.

 What I found most disturbing is about a week after the auction was supposed to take place.  I received a telephone call, from a company claiming to be out of Vancouver British Columbia, named Chung Lee Finance, telling me they saw my diamonds in the auction, that never took place, and were resenting a client claiming to be in Hong Kong.  I asked, the representative who telephone me, how he got my contact information, and cell phone number.  Giving me some excuse that they were able to source the number by my diamonds, which absolutely makes no sense whatsoever, I received a contract to purchase my diamonds, and was required to give upfront fee, when I provided the information to my lawyer, he told me this was scam, but what I found most interesting  my lawyer pointed out to me is how the received by personal contact information, and were aware of the diamonds that I have in my possession when there was absolutely no auction on the dates Shelley Cash told me.  My lawyer has provided all the information to the authorities, and believes this is part of an elaborate telemarketing scam, the only way possible.  The company who contacted me, to purchase my diamonds received my private and personal contact information is through Devon Shire diamonds and the people that work there, which I believe at this point, which makes sense was from Shelley Cash himself personally, trying to extract and scam more money for me.  If you find yourself in the same position, I will provide you with the authorities who are investigating all the information.  

Be very aware if you get contacted by another company telling you that want to purchase your diamonds that require an upfront fee.  This is an absolute scam, I believe the president Cheryl Bidner, and Shelley Cash have concocted this scam to take more money from investors.  I will also go ahead and immediately you have my diamonds appraised, and I do feel, I will also be very disappointed when I receive the actual value and would like to join the lawsuit against the scammers and put them out of business.
