Dex Media did not provide the leads or the website that was promised and paid for.  They continue to bill for services even after they shut down my original website.  Jerome Morgan refuses to return any phone calls and I finally had to shut down my credit card to avoid Dex Media from adding charges and not providing services.  Rip Off experts - hang up if they contact you.

I am now dealing with Allied Consultants the collection agency for Dex Media. This has become a daily call before I can even start my day doing inspections and answering email quotes.  I have contacted the email address that was sent to me and was told that none of my compliants were valid.

This nightmare has continued since 2/17 and my folder is getting bigger.  I have sent the required Faxes with my dipute # and the bill just keeps adding up.  No one has answered any of my original questions or why I am being charged when I am not being represented by this company.
