DF Solutions Yolanda DeMello Bookkeeper Fraud Camarillo California

DF Solutions is a small bookkeeping firm owned and operated by a single individual, Yolanda DeMello. She does bookkeeping, payroll and other light tax preparation services. She seems outwardly knowledgable and talks a good game. However, she gains her client's trust and then the lies and stealing begins.

Once this indiviual had access to bank account numbers, credit card accounts, SS numbers and online access for the purposes of bookkeeping, she methodically/systematically laundered money out of my business and personal accounts under the guise regular bills payment. She also manufactured false invoices to find avenues to hide the money she was stealing from the business.

She periodically would present me with invoices for her work that would be paid by manual checks. However, she was also electronically paying herself without my knowledge or consent in sums far greater than the bookkeeping required. This person is morally and ethically deficiant and will lie to your face when you ask the status of the work she is performing for you, the balances in your accounts and anything that involving the work she is supposedly performing on your behalf.

If you are already a client of DF Solutions, get yourself a CPA to do a forensic review all your quickbooks, payroll records, lines of credit, checking accounts and invoices.  Also check the status of all your bills (past and present). She has the habit of paying bills late, allowing them accrue late payment charges or go to collections........then hiding the evidence!
