Randy Ballance/DFW Pool Repair is a thief, I paid for the work and he has made every excuse possible why it hasn't been done. I have heard I will be there tomorrow so many times it make me sick. There is the " Oh I got behind on another job, I had to take an employee to the ER? It never stops. Now he wont return calls and there is no "real" physical address for this business. He just goes from one customer to another ripping them off. Dallas-Fort Worth and surronding areas beware of this scam artist!
