DG Custom Pools - Danny Veno, Owner D&D Pool Fraud, Theft Irving, Texas

Danny Veno signed a contract with me for significantly less than other pool companies. He completed the dig, steel, plumming and tile. No further work was done.

Money was paid for 95% of the contract. Several excuses were given as to why other parties were responsible for him not completing the project. He would not respond to further coorespondance. Consulting an attourney, the cost for legal action would not be recovered.

A report was filed with the Collin County DA. If enough people provide information on his actions (there is record of 5 individuals in the same situation) to establish a trend, Danny Veno will be prosecuted and put in jail.

What he is doing is criminal which civil action will not stop.
