DH MEDICAL I placed an order online.DH Medical charged my credit card. I have not received my package. I called and emailed the company for a week. No Response to Emails or Voicemails. i only have email order. Brooklyn New York

I Vanessa Thompson placed an order  online to DH Medical for dieatry suppliment. i only received an email comfirmation of my order and to click on the link to see my status of my order. When I clicked on the link it only shows my order and what I was charged no tracking number, no shipping info only state UPS. After 4 days and not receiving no update of my order or no tracking number and not able to track my package. I tried calling DH Medical. All I get is a recording telling me no one is available, so I emailed the company. No response. I tried calling DH medical all day from the morning until the evening, no matter if I ask for billing, orders, sales I get the same message no one is available to leave a message. I left messages no response.

I called constantly. Finally someone answered the phone on tuesday of this week. He rushed me off the phone. I told him no one has returned my calls nor repsond to my emails nor can I get any information on tracking for my package. the male on the other line claim the package was shipped my post office. i told him my confirmation said UPS, and on there web site is states all deliveries are UPS only. He said no and was talking fast and rushed mr of the phone he would not let me talk and he hung up on me. I waited a few days still no package or any update information. I have tried calling again at least 50 times in two days. I cannot get ahold no one at that company same recorder saying to leave a message. I did and still no reply. This company is a ripp off. I feel I was scammed. DH Medical has my money and I have nothing and I cannot get in touch with them about my package. What kind of a company is this. I order all the time online and this is the 1st time I have ever experienced this before from a company.

DH Medical seem to only want your money and keep the product. This comapany should be SHUT Down. I only ordered from the company because it was the cheapest from comparison of other companies, now I see why it is because you will never receive the product.....
