DHI Sri Lanka DHI Suraj mapa Damaged my scalp and caused rapid hair loss Colombo 05 Western provinc

I suffered hair loss for 2 years. I visited DHI Sri Lanka after seeing an advert about Suraj Mapa and Janith hair transplant. At the time I didnt realise both were paid to have a DHI transplants as an advert for the company. A doctor called Bimantha Gunasekera who I learnt later has no specialist qualifications though he claims to be a plastic surgeon and was know to have had many medical malpractice cases against him in Sri Lanka saw me and advised DHI treatment for Rs 300000. I couldnt afford such an amount so they then said I would have similar results from PRP and laser. I feel a fool now but I agreed and paid Rs 150,000 for this. Dr Bimantha Gunasekera then took my blood and later injected the same blood back into my scalp saying it would make my hair grow. This he said is PRP. The needle used at the time looked dirty and I felt afraid. I didnt know it at the time but PRP is where the blood is sent to lab to remove the fluid part to inject. Never is the whole blood re injected. Later from google searching I found that it doent work for hair loss any way and is a waste of money even when done right. Anyway now nearly all my hair has fallen out and I have lost a lot of money, DHI Sri Lanka say it is my fault for the ahir falling as I refused more money for more treatment. Please be careful about using this DHI branch in Sri Lanka, if you are Sri Lankan better to chose a doctor in India. DHI in India is good. But don't go to DHI in Sri Lanka they will waste your money. Better to pay a more and chose DHI in Mumbai or Chennai who have much experience. Beware of DHI in Sri Lanka!
