Unfortunately there is little that we can do for you aside from point out that our home page clearly states that we offer both free and paid services.  Most of our website's pages also link to our FAQ, which would have answered all of your questions, including full pricing information and what you can receive for free.

Unfortunately, "give it away free" is rarely a good business plan.  Our researchers, programmers and other staff need to be paid and, just like your doctor, our doctors do too.  The difference between our service and your doctor is that while your doctor may have time to ask you 5-10 questions, our system and our doctors know the answers to hundreds of questions about you, and there are able to provide a much more in-depth evaluation of your health that a normal doctor visit could.

Most things in life aren't free.  Your car isn't free, bread isn't free, TVs aren't free, clothes aren't free, attorneys aren't free, architects aren't free -- and neither are doctors.  If you were expecting to receive free information online rather than paying for a doctor, it is all there for you through a simple Google search.

Experts, however, cost money.  Our doctors are all named, licensed and contactable.  You will not receive a service such as ours for free -- anywhere.  It is not by chance that we have remained a successful company since our humble beginnings in 2002.

We at Diagnose-Me.com are well aware of -- and puzzled by -- your campaign against us, and your unjustified anger.  How sad that you seem to have nothing better to do with your time.  We have never done business with you; in fact, we know nothing about you aside from your name and email address.

Our recommendation: Take a deep breath, calm down, and read what our website says.
