Update from the original poster of this report. After the Garcia's "free dinner" promotions were no longer honored, Diamond "reimbursed" us by enrolling us in their latest promotion.. "$300 in free gas".. All we had to do was send in a $10 registration fee and send in $100 in gas receipts each month to get a $25 rebate card. .Well, they decided to cash our check but when we sent in our first set of receipts, they were returned as "gas rebate promotion has moved with no forward address". On the Gas REbate Promotion website, it now states that after 12/1/09, they will no longer honor rebates but on 12/2, they decided to cash our check anyway.  We called Diamond Auto Glass to let them know that their second promotion in a row failed, this time with $10 out of our pocket, their response was "that's between you and the rebate program"

So, in a nutshell, Diamond Auto Glass has scammed us a second time. Interestingly enough, their website still has the $300 in FREE GAS" promotion on their site as of Saturday, 1/23 even though they know the promotion will NOT BE HONORED..(the same thing they did with the Garcia's "Free meal" promotion for months after knowing the deal was fake.

Shame on me for ever doing business with this slimy company.  SHAME ON YOU Diamond Auto Glass for giving away worthless promotions and allowing them to steal money from your customers' pockets.

DIAMOND AUTO GLASS is a very dirty, slimy company. Doing business with Diamond Auto Glass is at your own risk!!!
