This company is charging extremely high fees for construction vehicle access to property owners and they are currently being sued. I understand they need to charge a fee so they can fix the roads after the construction vehicles do damage but they are inflating the costs so they can make a profit.
They also have their own security officers driving around and writing up tickets for going 5 miles over the posted speed limit. The parking tickets and moving violation tickets range from $175.00 to $350.00 and they add them to the HOA fees statement the following month which makes appealing it almost impossible since you don't know your getting the ticket at the time of the incident.
I don't recommend paying these fees because once they realize you are willing to pay it will only get worse.
