on sept the 25, 2013 at 11:07 i texted 404-585-8894 to puchase a bundle deal she had posted on insatgram under @diamondexhair we exchanged a few texts and we missed each other i stated i was in a work meeting and she/he stated that she/he had to make a run and that the google phone was missing calls. i called she/he when i was done so then i text ...
no answer later she/ he texted me back asking if i was ready i stated yes she/ he called me i gave her my card info then i asked her was she going to take my name and other info she/he statedyes i then gave her my name etc that she would and when we hang up text her my full name and address i did... then shortyly after a reciept came to my email it showed everything i ordered.
i texted she/he on the 30th at 4:51pm of sept and stated that i didnt recieve a tracking number she/ he asked in in a text whats my full name and email i sent it she/ he then texted me back at 6:24pm stating just getting home let me check... no reply i texted she/ he 2xs stating i just need a time so someone can recieve my package ,,,
oct 1st she /he stated that she/he was busy and i would have it thrus...she/he kept sending me off..i even asked her to cancle my order she/he came back with how busy she been all weekend and how it was sent back to her PO box etc because she put the wrong zip code on it and then she/ he stated ow they woul send it back out and rush it....
i texted the 8894 number a gain and she/ he said let me check and i called i was on hold for 6mins... i sent various text to he/r which i still have all of them... she/ he then stated that she was refunding the money and it would take 3-4 days to go back into my account
i checked daily no money or refund which she/ he then texted me on the 9th after a few more exchaged texts she/he stated 3-5 days for the refund to show up...i also asked her twice for a refund reciept ... she then tried to get smart stating she/he texts with FIRST OF ALL.... i still have this text also long story short i'm still waiting for my money and i'm taking her to small claims just informing yall not to order from her..

I recently had the same problem. I bought from diamondexhair over a text. I have ha a friend buy from this company so I thought everything was good. I received a really good deal so I put purchased the hair. A week later I didn't receive any tracking number or any texts back so I contacted her and asked for it but she did not give it to me. She said my order was coming the next day but it is now 3 weeks since I've ordered. I have lost my money and the number she once had is now discontinued and the website is no longer in service. This lady needs to be tracked down and taken to court because she is scamming her customers.
