 I contacted Loyalyorkies 7/20/17 and 7/21/17. I picked out a tea cup Yorkie named Daisy and paid in full $550.00. I sent Walmart to Wal-Mart from concord, to Abilene,Texas. She was suppose to be shipped by plane to Fayetteville,NC on Mon then delivered to my wife at her work place between 3 and 4pm the 24th. She never came. We called Loyalyorkies. Mr Mass said there was a problem with carrier insurance.and we would have to pay an additional $1,200.00 to have her shipped to us. This was not told to us at all .. I refused to pay anymore money. And he stopped answering his phone. Text and emails. I told him how we lost our beloved Taz a month ago. After 12 years. Our little man passed away. We were so lost without him. I decided to surprise my wife and have Daisy shipped to her office. This after she said she didn't want another because the hurt was so bad. But I new she needed this puppy. I work with the rail road. She needs the company. I finally told her about it. And we started looking for a way to file a report against Loyalyorkies and Diamond Mass.
